Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AksaraSQL mobile application operated by us.
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AksaraSQL and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We use cookies and similar simple technologies to help AksaraSQL remember your preferences and keep you logged in. We also work with service providers like Google Analytics to help us understand how our community uses the app, so we can keep making it better. You can always instruct your browser to refuse these cookies if you prefer.
You agree not to use AksaraSQL to engage in any malicious, abusive, or illegal activity. This includes attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or maliciously exploit the SQL execution engine or our APIs. Any such behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Certain features of AksaraSQL may be offered on a premium or subscription basis. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (like Midtrans). Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
AksaraSQL is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
You retain ownership of the SQL queries you write in AksaraSQL. However, you agree not to submit or process confidential, proprietary, or copyrighted database schemas belonging to your employer or third parties. We assume no liability for the data you choose to enter into our execution environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AksaraSQL or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indonesia.
